Youth Swim Lessons

Our program offers a complete swimming progression for the swimmer and allows the parent to better know how their swimmer is growing. There will be mid-session reports and certificates of completion with clear understanding of your child's skill level. This curriculum accommodates students of varying abilities to help foster a sense of achievement as swimmers progress between levels. Through this approach, advanced swimmers flow more easily to high levels while swimmers who need more instruction can learn at their own pace. This results in more confident swimmers who stick with lessons and develop a love for swimming that can last a lifetime!
Adult Swim Lessons
Our Adult Swim Programs focus on helping YOU be comfortable in the water, whether pool or otherwise, recreational or competitive, and can include training in open waters. We start with individuals who may be fearful of the water and progress all the way to lap swimming and beyond - if you want to go that far. Our certified instructors and coaches work with all ages from 18 and up, some of our successful students have started in their 80's!
Adult Fitness Swimming
Our goal is to help you achieve your swimming and fitness goals! Join us for expert coaching, technique instruction, camaraderie and much more! Our Certified Masters Swim Coach will work with you to optimize not only your overall level of fitness and speed, but your swim techniques for your specific interests. Adult Fitness Swim Program is for anyone 18 years and older.
Aqua Stand Up
This exciting and fun small group training program inspired by paddle boarding mixed with different fitness techniques like H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training), Pilates, Yoga and muscular conditioning. It is one of the best balance workouts choreographed to music inspired by Stand Up Paddle Boarding. This program is great for all ages, the board is very stable so you don' need to be an expert to stand up on it. Come and check it out!
Join the YMCA GPS Swim Team. Improve your skills, set personal goals and achieve them with the camaraderie of other swimmers. Swimming develops endurance, strength, and flexibility! Swim team is a great off season sport. Available options run year-round or summer only.
