Are you ready for something new and fun to do? Then this is the trip for you! We will go to the new Miner’s Bazaar Project Café, Bar and Boutique. Within the walls of this 150 year old house, there are opportunities to create functional and decorative artwork, enjoy tasty local fare, and find unique handmade gifts. We will start off with a delicious lunch. The kitchen works with Jefferson Farm Kitchen to bring you a delicious menu. They also offer beer, wine, hard cider, as well as, coffees, teas and sodas. Yes, they do offer desserts as well! After lunch we will do a project using alcohol inks. No previous experience required, the shop provides everything we need. Anytime throughout the trip you can browse the boutique and find that it is stocked with unique handmade gifts from local artisans.

An all-around fitness class using aerobics, weights, and more. Designed for those wanting to get fit, but not there yet. With simple, heart-pumping aerobic moves, you will gain stronger muscles and a better balance to a fit lifestyle.

Core strength is the foundation of Pilates exercise. As you develop your core strength, you develop stability throughout your entire torso. As the trunk is properly stabilized, pressure on the back is relieved and the body is able to move freely and efficiently.
Tai Chi is practiced by over 180 million people each day! Created as an internal or 'soft' martial art, it is being promoted worldwide as a wonderful health benefit, especially for those who face problems with balance, reduced range of motion, or have loss of flexibility & strength. It is practiced with relaxed muscle, and is both graceful & comforting. Known for improving coordination, Tai Chi reduces stress & tension & may lower blood pressure.
Moderate-impact classes with High-impact results. Vitality Fitness is an evidence-based program for older adults that uses simple, easy to-learn movements that motivate individuals, particularly those with arthritis, to stay active throughout their lives.
Hatha Yoga: A gentle, basic class with static poses. This is a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. Centers on asanas, or physical poses. Ha means sun and tha means moon, creating complementary forces.
Yoga Flow: A blend of moving and held postures to align, strengthen, and stretch the body, mind and spirit. This class includes balance practice, more challenging postures and Sun Salutations. A focus on synchronizing the body's motions and the breath. Yoga Flow is named because of the smooth way the poses run together. The breath becomes an important component because you move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
