The purpose of Lose It is to build a foundation of learning how to eat and exercise to improve health and lose weight. The Lose It program gives insight into the behaviors that support healthy living and weight loss.

Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension. At the YMCA, massage therapy may be recommended to help people cope with the pain and stress of cancer, heart disease, stomach problems, fibromyalgia or other conditions.

Moving and Coping with Pain is a program designed to help you. Included in the program is 6 1/2 hours of Personal Training, two 30 minute Life Coaching sessions and two 60 minute Massages
