Escape to the coast with us to Shore Acres and Bandon, Oregon. Pack a lunch to enjoy at the beautiful Shore Acres. Perched on rugged sandstone cliffs high above the ocean, Shore Acres State Park is an exciting and unexpected combination of beautiful natural and constructed features. After exploring the garden, you can stroll down a trail to a secluded ocean cove at Simpson Beach. Later in the afternoon we will head to Bandon to the Inn at Face Rock and dinner. On Thursday morning we will go to Face Rock View Point to watch artist Denny Dyke with a group of volunteers construct a one of a kind labyrinth. After the labyrinth is finished you may stroll through the one continuous path with no wrong turns. After that we will head to Old Town Bandon where you can stroll through the many shops and enjoy some great seafood for lunch. Yes! We will stop at the creamery!

Nia is a sensory - based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and the healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Classes are taken to soul - stirring music in more than 45 countries.
Core strength is the foundation of Pilates exercise. As you develop your core strength, you develop stability throughout your entire torso. As the trunk is properly stabilized, pressure on the back is relieved and the body is able to move freely and efficiently.
Tai Chi is practiced by over 180 million people each day! Created as an internal or 'soft' martial art, it is being promoted worldwide as a wonderful health benefit, especially for those who face problems with balance, reduced range of motion, or have loss of flexibility & strength. It is practiced with relaxed muscle, and is both graceful & comforting. Known for improving coordination, Tai Chi reduces stress & tension & may lower blood pressure.
Moderate-impact classes with High-impact results. Vitality Fitness is an evidence-based program for older adults that uses simple, easy to-learn movements that motivate individuals, particularly those with arthritis, to stay active throughout their lives.
Hatha Yoga: A gentle, basic class with static poses. This is a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. Centers on asanas, or physical poses. Ha means sun and tha means moon, creating complementary forces.
Yoga Flow: A blend of moving and held postures to align, strengthen, and stretch the body, mind and spirit. This class includes balance practice, more challenging postures and Sun Salutations. A focus on synchronizing the body's motions and the breath. Yoga Flow is named because of the smooth way the poses run together. The breath becomes an important component because you move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
