Dance Classes

Egyptian Cabaret

Contemporary Egyptian style of belly dancing. This type of dance is very controlled, elegant, refined and often includes some ballet. Muscular control is emphasized and movements are small.

Mediterranean Fusion Dance

Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Fusion Dance includes elegant moves that are easy to follow, non impact and for all levels and ages.


Movin' n Groovin

A mixture of dance including Zumba. Come get your grove on while learning a fun way to workout without knowing you are doing it.


Zumba

Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobics and fitness to achieve cardiovascular health and muscle toning.

Chair Works

Exercise for the physically challenged, designed for people who would like to exercise from the comforts of a wheelchair or the security of being seated. Relieve Stress, Increase Circulation, Improve Strength and Flexibility.


Cycle

Indoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength and intervals with recovery. A fun and exciting way to get fit.


Gentle Yoga

A slow paced class to revitalize and ground featuring seated and supported postures with a gentle vinyasa. Class moves though a series of movements that we will hold for 3 to 5 breaths as we connect breath to body to improve relaxation, flexibility and recovery. Especially well-suited for those with pain, trouble sleeping, anxiety and high levels of stress. Poses provide opportunity to strengthen core, improve balance and functional mobility.


Machine Matrix

Need help, or just want to workout with a instructor and a group. Meet in the weight room on Wednesday at 10am. Build strength, proper technic and endurance.


Pilates

Core strength is the foundation of Pilates exercise. As you develop your core strength, you develop stability throughout your entire torso. As the trunk is properly stabilized, pressure on the back is relieved and the body is able to move freely and efficiently.


Step & Stuff with TRX

Never be bored with your exercise by joining this exciting new class that switches up between Step & TRX, and more that will give you an all over workout.


Total Body Burn

A full body workout designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body


Traditional Japanese Swordsmanship

Eishin Ryu Iaido, as a traditional martial art, has been around for about 450 years survived thru direct lineage by Miura Takeyuki Hirefusa. Its name means unequalled direct -lineage Eishin -style Iaido.

Lose-It

March 19 - July 9

Lose it is a unique, no pressure program that incorporates support, accountability and personal training to assist each person to reach their goals. The purpose of Lose It is to build a foundation of learning how to eat and exercise to improve health and lose weight. The Lose It program gives insight into the behaviors that support healthy living and weight loss.


Movement Improvement

This class is designed for retraining your movement patterns for maximum performance, maximum recovery and maximum health. Movement Improvement helps people get out of pain, improve their health and maximize their performance.


Moving and Coping with Pain

Moving and Coping with Pain is a program designed to help you. Included in the program is 6 1/2 hours of Personal Training, two 30 minute Life Coaching sessions and two 60 minute Massages


Sensory Friendly Fitness

This fitness class is based on the Sensory Circuits techniques, stimulating the mind through a mixture of fitness and sensory friendly activities.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is practiced by over 180 million people each day! Created as an internal or 'soft' martial art, it is being promoted worldwide as a wonderful health benefit, especially for those who face problems with balance, reduced range of motion, or have loss of flexibility & strength. It is practiced with relaxed muscle, and is both graceful & comforting. Known for improving coordination, Tai Chi reduces stress & tension & may lower blood pressure.


Vitality Fitness

Moderate-impact classes with High-impact results. Vitality Fitness is an evidence-based program for older adults that uses simple, easy to-learn movements that motivate individuals, particularly those with arthritis, to stay active throughout their lives.
