Eating healthy can be EASY and FUN!
Nutrition plays a vital role in living well and preventing disease. Join chef Jane Manns in learning tips and tricks for healthy eating. Each session will teach you how to cook a NEW healthy meal!


Lose-It

Lose it is a unique, no pressure program that incorporates support, accountability and personal training to assist each person to reach their goals. The purpose of Lose It is to build a foundation of learning how to eat and exercise to improve health and lose weight. The Lose It program gives insight into the behaviors that support healthy living and weight loss.


Movement Improvement

This class is designed for retraining your movement patterns for maximum performance, maximum recovery and maximum health. Movement Improvement helps people get out of pain, improve their health and maximize their performance.


Moving and Coping with Pain

Moving and Coping with Pain is a program designed to help you. Included in the program is 6 1/2 hours of Personal Training, two 30 minute Life Coaching sessions and two 60 minute Massages


Sensory Friendly Fitness

This fitness class is based on the Sensory Circuits techniques, stimulating the mind through a mixture of fitness and sensory friendly activities.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is practiced by over 180 million people each day! Created as an internal or 'soft' martial art, it is being promoted worldwide as a wonderful health benefit, especially for those who face problems with balance, reduced range of motion, or have loss of flexibility & strength. It is practiced with relaxed muscle, and is both graceful & comforting. Known for improving coordination, Tai Chi reduces stress & tension & may lower blood pressure.


Vitality Fitness

Moderate-impact classes with High-impact results. Vitality Fitness is an evidence-based program for older adults that uses simple, easy to-learn movements that motivate individuals, particularly those with arthritis, to stay active throughout their lives.
