Exercise Classes

Chair Works

Exercise for the physically challenged, designed for people who would like to exercise from the comforts of a wheelchair or the security of being seated. Relieve Stress, Increase Circulation, Improve Strength and Flexibility.


Movement Improvement

This class is designed for retraining your movement patterns for maximum performance, maximum recovery and maximum health. Movement Improvement helps people get out of pain, improve their health and maximize their performance.


Movin' n Groovin

A mixture of dance including Zumba. Come get your grove on while learning a fun way to workout without knowing you are doing it.


Pilates

Core strength is the foundation of Pilates exercise. As you develop your core strength, you develop stability throughout your entire torso. As the trunk is properly stabilized, pressure on the back is relieved and the body is able to move freely and efficiently.


Tai Chi

Tai Chi is practiced by over 180 million people each day! Created as an internal or 'soft' martial art, it is being promoted worldwide as a wonderful health benefit, especially for those who face problems with balance, reduced range of motion, or have loss of flexibility & strength. It is practiced with relaxed muscle, and is both graceful & comforting. Known for improving coordination, Tai Chi reduces stress & tension & may lower blood pressure.


Vitality Fitness

Moderate-impact classes with High-impact results. Vitality Fitness is an evidence-based program for older adults that uses simple, easy to-learn movements that motivate individuals, particularly those with arthritis, to stay active throughout their lives.
